Madisono's Gelato flavor offerings available year round

Caramello with Sea Salt Gelato

Made with our own house made caramel, this flavor complements a wide selection of pastry, or try it with espresso.

Chocolate Gelato

We start with Belgian cocoa powder, multiple pounds of Belgian semi-sweet chocolate, and local milk. Once blended by hand, this rich chocolate slurry is then pasteurized with the remaining ingredients for a smooth and creamy chocolate base which yields a gelato slightly stronger than milk chocolate.

Chocolate Chip Gelato

This classic flavor, also known as Straccaitella, is vanilla gelato with melted Belgian chocolate mixed in by hand.

Dark Chocolate Orange

Our blend of Belgian cocoa powder, Belgian semi-sweet chocolate, and German bittersweet chocolates creates the foundation, and then we zest 3 oranges by hand for the finish.

French Vanilla Gelato

Rich and creamy white gelato, mottled with vanilla bean specs. This gelato complements almost anything.

Hazelnut Gelato

Imported hazelnut paste from Bologna, Italy, is what makes this gelato taste so good. Try it with espresso or on brioche.

Madagascar Vanilla Gelato

We start with whole Madagascar vanilla beans and pasteurize them with the milk and cream. This gelato captures everything those beans have to offer.
