Caramel & Sea Salt Gelato Milkshakes with Woodford Reserve Bourbon
They were a hit! Guests grabbed their mini milkshakes by the tray full and we were pleased with the reactions, which included "This is the best tasting thing in this entire tent!" and "Oh my God! There is Bourbon in here? I love bourbon!" You get the idea.
Here is the quick and easy recipe
Two pints of Madisono's Caramel & Sea Salt Gelato
30 ml of Woodford Reserve Bourbon
20 oz of whole milk
4 Tbsp Caramel Sauce + more for drizzle
Sea Salt (ground to taste)
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve with a sprinkle of sea salt. Makes 4-6 milkshakes.
