An Easy Valentine's Day Dessert

Here's how easy it is:
1. Take a Sara Lee Frozen Vanilla Pound Cake
2. Slice the rounded top off horizontally, then slice in half horizontally.
3. Keeping the bottom layer in the cake container, remove top layer and spread 2 scoops of gelato on bottom layer (any flavor, we used Madisono's Berries & Cream).
4. Replace top layer. Wrap with plastic wrap and re-freeze for 1/2 hour.
5. Remove from container and wrap, slice and serve.
